Q. Do you purchase mortgage notes, trust deeds and contracts?
Yes, if you have sold a property and are receiving payments,
we can pay you a lump sum, or purchase part of the note. We
will also consider other forms of paper.
Q. Do you cooperate with real estate agents?
A. Yes. We pay fees to agents and make offers on their listings
as well as referral fees. When agents find properties for
us that are not listed, we pay the commission. They are protected.
Q. Do you partner with others?
A. Yes. Partnering with others is a common practice.
